During the course of intense physical exercise, our body experiences physiological changes related to fatigue and muscle pain.

We will analyze what types of vitamins, minerals and amino acids can help us improve our performance depending on the type of effort.

Skeletal muscle is responsible for our locomotor system, and is made up of 2 main types of myofibers: type I or slow and type II or fast. One of the factors that differentiates them is that they obtain energy through different metabolic pathways.
